FamilyCare HealthCenter is a "Health Care Home" for over 25,000 people in south-central West Virginia. Our professional team of physicians, nurse-midwives, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, patient educators and support staff will help you and your family stay as healthy as possible.
With convenient locations in Teays Valley, Eleanor, Madison and Charleston, and flexible
hours to meet your needs, we truly offer an important resource for every
member of the family...and every member of the community.
Affordable Health Care: We accept most insurance plans, including
Medicaid, Medicare, PEIA, TriCare, and CHIP. Appointments are preferred, though walk-ins are taken when possible. Most of our services are available on a sliding fee scale based on income and are provided at a reduced charge to those who qualify.
