Prenatal Care - FamilyCare HealthCenter offers:
- Pregnancy tests
- Prenatal care throughout pregnancy

Birth Services - Whether you choose to deliver your baby at our WomenCare BirthCenter or at Women & Children's Hospital, our nurse-midwives and OB/GYN physicians will help guide and support you during this very special time. Your nurse-midwife will be with you throughout the birth of your baby and our OB/GYN physician is available 24 hours a day.

Across the life span - from your first pap test to your menopause, we meet all
of your women's health care needs.
We provide annual gynecological exams, preconception counseling, basic
fertility evaluation, all methods of birth control, testing for infections,
and health screening such as pap smears, mammograms and other cancer
screening.
Our certified nurse midwives (CNMs) provide gentle pap smears and breast exams. We specialize in first pap smears for young women. We provide well-woman gynecologic care for women from teenagers to post menopausal women. The peri-menopausal period can be a challenging time for women and the midwives are sensitive to the physical and emotional changes that can occur. We provide health maintanence education as well as standard and alternative medication options.
For management of common gynecologic problems, we can provide a broad range
of surgical and non-surgical treatments, depending on your individual needs.
Our OB/GYN physicians provide a full range of gynecologic services, from treatment for abnormal pap smears, to hysterectomies, to sterilization surgery.
In the perimenopause and menopause years, we offer continued health care:
both natural and standard hormone replacement, osteoporosis education,
nutrition and exercise information.
