:: Dr. Curtis B. Pack, D.O. a West Virginia native, received his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia and then completed his internship and Family Medicine residency at East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, Tennessee. He serves Family Care at the Eleanor office as a full time staff physician and works part time as a public health officer.
