:: Dr. Devin Ciliberti, M.D. is a licensed physician in the state of West Virginia who is certified in obstetrics and gynecology. He received two Bachelor of Arts degrees from West Virginia University in Biology and Liberal Arts. He also received his Medical Doctor degree from West Virginia University. Dr. Ciliberti completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology through WVU- Charleston division where he also served as Chief Resident.
