:: Dr. James Blackwell, D.O. is a licensed physician in the state of West Virginia who is certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Blackwell completed residencies in internal medicine and family medicine at Warren General Hospital and Alleghany Regional Hospital respectively. He is a member of the National Board of Examiners.
