:: Dr. Jason Frazer, M.D. is licensed in the state of West Virginia. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Concord College and his Medical Doctor degree from West Virginia University. Dr. Frazer completed a residency Internal Medicine/Pediatrics in Charleston, West Virginia. Dr. Frazer is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
