:: Dr. Rita Bernardo, D.D.S received her Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry from West Virginia University where she also obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Bernardo is a member of the American Dental Association and the West Virginia Dental Association.
